Debby is a California licensed Real Estate Broker who helps buyers and sellers make informed decisions to better protect their interests and capture value in real estate transactions. She offers attractive cost saving programs, and works hard to deliver good quality services at markedly reduced rates. Providing brokerage services at a lower cost allows Debby's clients to keep more of their hard-earned dollars in their own pockets to use on other things!

 

Debby also provides property owners with tenant placement and rental property management services.  She really cares about her clients and their properties - and works hard to protect and promote the owners' interests while treating all parties honestly.

 

Prior to opening her own real estate brokerage company, Debby worked as a REALTOR and then Associate Broker under an Attorney/Real Estate Broker based in Santa Barbara, California. Prior to her real estate career, she was employed in the legal field for more than 30 years - most recently as a Senior Paralegal and Regional Litigation and Marketing Manager. This long history of professional service provided her with unique experience and training in various aspects of business, marketing, and law.

 

In addition to earning her California Real Estate Broker's License, Debby completed the Legal Assistantship (Paralegal Studies); Mediation and Negotiation; and Human Resources Management Programs at the University of California at Santa Barbara.  She is also a Certified Real Estate Transaction Coordinator; Certified Military Relocation Professional; NAR Green Designee; California Notary Public; former Certified Loan Signing Agent; and a former Board Member of the Santa Barbara Paralegal Association.
